Jewish Family Services is a program of the JCC-Federation of SLO. We support people of all backgrounds and faiths with dignity, respect, & care.
→ Learn more about the program here. CURRENT STATUS: Like many nonprofits, our funds are limited. We process every request in the order it arrives, and we're committed to being as responsive as our resources allow. In the meantime, we've put together a list of community resources that may be helpful while we make our way through our request queue. |
💛 JFS Emergency Micro-Grants (via Case Workers)
FOR INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES SEEKING HELP
|
JFS offers limited emergency micro-grants for residents of San Miguel to Santa Maria who are facing an urgent need. Grants can help with essential costs like housing, utilities, or other emergency expenses. Payments are typically made directly to landlords, vendors, or service providers.
Micro-grants are submitted by a local case worker on your behalf — individuals aren’t able to apply directly. This helps us verify need and make sure our limited funds reach the people who need them most. |
CASE WORKERS — APPLY FOR YOUR CLIENT

Thank you for the work you do.
If your organization or you are new to working with us, please start with these steps, which will feed later forms: Here’s what to have ready before you submit a specific request:

The form below is the only way we’re able to accept requests. We’re not able to process requests by phone or email — working from a single queue keeps the process fair and makes sure your client’s request doesn’t get missed. Questions about the form? Email [email protected]. |
