The scope of the advocacy conducted by Community Affairs is limited to events/initiatives that target directly our local Jewish community. Our efforts are focused on local issues, especially regarding education and initiatives against discrimination, including antisemitism, and responding to hate incidents.  
Programs and projects supported by the City of San Luis Obispo funds are open and accessible to all otherwise qualified members of the public and without regard to race, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
